    JUDITH D. EQUELS is the Senior Practice Management Advisor with The Florida Bar's Law Office Management Assistance Service (LOMAS). Ms. Equels has over 25 years of experience working in both management and support staff positions in Florida law firms. She assists attorneys with all aspects of office and practice management in law firms, corporate legal departments and government law offices. Before joining LOMAS, Ms. Equels was with the consulting firm of Hildebrandt International. Ms. Equels also has worked as a legal administrator in Florida for over 18 years, during which time she served as the administrator for two small law firms, managed branch offices for a large multi-state law firm, and several branch offices for a Florida-based, international law firm -fortunately, not all at the same time.
