This CLE is designed to boost the skills of appellate lawyers, regardless of the court they practice in. It presents an exceptional opportunity for individuals who may find themselves handling cases within the jurisdiction of the Fifth District Court of Appeal. During the course, attendees will get to hear directly from judges in the Fifth District, as well as staff attorneys and court staff from the Fifth District. Panel discussions will cover everything from how to handle motions to effective oral arguments. Judges and court staff will also share insights on how cases progress through the Court.
