This annual seminar is
the best resource and educational opportunity for probate practitioners in Florida. Designed for both new and experienced practitioners, topics covered will include a wide range of estate planning and probate administration material, including detailed discussions regarding the common pitfalls and other considerations during the probate administration process, the use of corporate entities as will substitutes, representing clients with diminished capacity, and a recent case law update.
