Executive compensation is one of the most important issues that a health care organization must address. Health care leaders need to balance their overall tax-exempt objectives with their need to hire and retain skilled management to accomplish those objectives, their future growth along with their financial constraints. This session will discuss executive compensation trends, including strategies for determining and documenting "reasonable compensation" and processes for establishing a rebuttable presumption of reasonableness.
