This informative program will provide an in-depth examination of some of the common endorsements requested by lenders in loan title insurance transactions, such as, the Condominium Endorsement, the Planned Unit Development (PUD) Endorsement, the Variable Rate Interest Endorsement, the Variable Rate Interest Negative Amortization Endorsement, the Environmental Endorsement, and the Leasehold Endorsement, from both a title insurance underwriter perspective and a private practitioner perspective.
