Their team of 21 lawyers represent more than 300 community development and other special districts throughout the state ranging from small, in-fill residential and mixed-use projects to large scale multi-use commercial and residential developments. Once formed, these types of districts allow for the provision of a wide range of necessary public improvements and services utilizing a variety of financing mechanisms including but not limited to the sale of tax-exempt bonds. Beyond district general counsel services, Sarah has specialized in securities disclosure, financing due diligence, and served as Trustee’s counsel. Alyssa’s practice also includes representation of large-scale stewardship districts established by the Florida Legislature.
