The Florida Bar Appellate Practice Section presents “It’s Not Over ‘til It’s Over: Appellate Lawyers Tackle Post-Trial Motion Practice,” a practical CLE focused on the critical motions and strategic decisions that arise after verdict but before appeal. The program will examine motions for new trial, rehearing, remittitur, and judgment notwithstanding the verdict (as well as related post-trial procedures), with an emphasis on preservation of error and positioning cases for appellate review.
