Based on an article in the Florida Bar Journal of the same name, this course explores innovative approaches to legal writing by incorporating narrative techniques traditionally used in fiction to enhance the presentation of facts in legal documents. Participants will learn how to transform a standard statement of facts into a compelling narrative that captivates and persuades.
