Join Sarah Weitz and Erin Newell (alongside moderator Brandon Breslow) for an informative overview of appeals from (1) dissolution of marriage proceedings and (2) dependency proceedings. This program will cover key procedural requirements, recent case law, and practical strategies for handling these often complex and sensitive cases. Participants will leave with a solid foundation in both areas, along with advice on best practices to integrate into their own appellate practices.

4. Integrate best practices into appellate practice to improve the quality and effectiveness of briefs and oral arguments in dissolution and dependency cases.
