2025 marks The Florida Bar’s 75th anniversary. From the Canons of Professional Ethics to the Code of Professional Responsibility up to the current Rules of Professional Conduct, having standards governing lawyers’ ethical duties has been a cornerstone of our self-regulating profession over that time. The ethical rules play a role in every lawyer’s practice, regardless of practice area. The 2025 Masters Seminar on Ethics will help lawyers maintain their ethical obligations with the help of a roster of experienced lawyers giving practical advice.
