This program will guide appellate practitioners through the recent changes to the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) and how they impact appellate practitioners. Panelists Elaine Walter, Maegen Luka, and Judge Eric Netcher (along with moderator, Sarah Weitz) will discuss the rulemaking process, the trends and motivations behind the new rules, and the key takeaways of how these changes will impact filing and successfully litigating appeals and appellate-related proceedings.
