DIANE M. KIRIGIN is a General Master in the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Palm Beach County, Florida and has held that position since 1995, where she has presided over cases in the family, guardianship and mental health divisions. She has a B.A. (History), Florida Atlantic University (1976); a J.D., Nova University (1984); was admitted to The Florida Bar (1984); and United States District Court, Southem District of Florida (1 985). Ms. Kirigin was in private practice as an associate with Law Offices of Bosso, Bosso & Pardo, P. A. (1984 -1995) in a general practice, with specialties in marital and family law and bankruptcy law. When in private practice Ms. Kirigin received the John Powell, IV Family Law Award, Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County. Inc. (1991) for herpro bono work. Ms. Kirigin has been board certified in marital and family law since 1995. She is active in local and State Bar activities, has lectured extensively on the local and State level, as well as at the Florida College of Advanced Judicial Studies (where she is a Faculty member); is presently Vice Chair of The Florida Bar, Marital and Family Law Certification Committee; and the immediate past Co-Chair of The Florida Bar Ad Hoc Adoption Committee (2003).
