How to register, launch and claim credit for the Professionalism Expectations: A Mandatory CLE for Members of The Florida Bar course (8262)?
1. If you're not yet signed in, click or tap "Hello, Guest" in the top right (desktop) or top left (mobile) corner. Select "Sign In" in the drop-down menu, when it appears. You can also get to the sign in page by using this link: https://tfb.inreachce.com/Account/Login. Login with your CE catalog email address and password. Once signed in, the "Hello, Guest" button with change to "Hello, [Your Name]."
2. Locate the Professionalism Expectations: A Mandatory CLE for Members of The Florida Bar course in the catalog by using the search function or navigating to: https://tfb.inreachce.com/Details/Information/50353a32-ef54-4e19-a1d7-4f7672f4c79e.
3. Click "Register Now" button to add the course to your account. When prompted to proceed to My Products, click or tap "Yes."
4. Locate and click the green "Play" button to open a new window where the course video will play. Since the video is 2 hours long, you can close and reopen this window at any time, and the program should resume from the moment you last left off.
5. When you've finished viewing the course, click the "Get Certificate" button (on mobile you'll need to tap "Show More" to see this option). Click the "Get Certificate" button at the bottom. Click "Send Certificate Email" to generate an email with the certificate to your inbox. You can also print and/or save your certificate in the PDF format.What if I need more information on a program or product?
Detailed information is provided on the course details page which can be accessed by clicking on a course title. The course details page will include program description/schedule/content, credits, and faculty/presenters.Course Access
How to access my courses?
- Click “Hello, Guest” and sign in to your account
- Select “Hello, [Your Name]” → “My Products”
- View your courses (listed by upcoming events and recent registrations)
- Use Sort or Filters to find specific courses
Technical
When I click on the "Play" button, nothing happens. What should I do?
When you click the green "Play" button, it will launch the viewer in a new window or a Zoom link in a new window. If you are clicking this button and nothing is happening, more than likely the viewer window is already open. Please check all open and/or minimized windows.What should I do, if I'm getting the M3U8 error while trying to access a course?
This error usually occurs because the network security settings are blocking the participation tracking software embedded into the program (the tracker which keeps count of how far you've progressed into the video). In most cases, if you encounter this error, you can bypass it by accessing the course using a different internet connection (for example by logging into your CE account on your cellphone). If that is not an option for you or switching to a different network didn't resolve the error, please reach out to our support team at support@inreachce.com or 877-880-1335 (between 7am and 7pm Central time, Monday-Friday) for further guidance.
