This CLE is designed to enhance the appellate practitioner’s skills at any court and is a can’t miss opportunity for anyone who may find themselves practicing before the Second District Court of Appeal. The course will give attendees the rare opportunity to hear directly from judges on the Second District, as well as court staff and appellate specialists practicing throughout the Second District. How-to panel discussions will cover everything from motion practice to oral argument. Judges and court staff will provide insight on how a case moves through the Court.
